Sensitive Gram-positive bacteria include Staphylococcus aureus (including penicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus), pneumococcus, Streptococcus, Bacillus anthracis, erysipelas, Listeria, Clostridium putrescens, Clostridium emphysematous, etc. Sensitive Gram-negative bacteria include Haemophilus, meningococcus, Pasteurella, etc. The activity of Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, pasteurella and mycoplasma of livestock and poultry is stronger than tylosin. 95% of Pasteurella haemolyticus strains are sensitive to this product. Pharmacokinetics: it is rapidly absorbed after oral administration, which is characterized by strong tissue penetration and large distribution volume (greater than 2l/kg). The concentration in the lung is high, the elimination half-life can reach 1-2 days, and the effective blood concentration can be maintained for a long time.
